Google Earth - FREE - This is one fun program! Using a database of satellite imagery, this program let's you either search for a specific area anywhere on earth, or you can input specific lat-longs to get you there. The interface will let you zoom in/out, pan, rotate, change angle, fly-over, overlay, print, save and much more. I find it truly addicting. The only drawback is that the imagery is not always the most current and some areas are not quite as high a resolution as others. If you're lucky though, you might just spot your boat in the yard.
